At Swiss Culinary Camp, your home on the lake couldn’t be more perfect. From 2026, students will be accommodated directly at our Le Bouveret campus (CAA), right on the shores of Lake Geneva. Here, you’ll live and learn in the heart of our world-class culinary school — the ideal place to grow, discover, and have fun with new friends while experiencing what it’s really like to study and train as a chef.

We take care of you

Our learning environments are designed to be safe, inclusive, and fun. You will live and learn alongside fellow students from around the world, discovering different cultures and making new friends along the way. You’ll receive supervision and guidance from enthusiastic, fully qualified professionals, so you’ll feel confident that you’re well cared for. All of our staff submit clear criminal records and we conduct thorough background checks before we hire.

The closest hospital is 20 minutes away and helicopter rescue is also available within 20 minutes from anywhere in Switzerland. It is compulsory for all of our students to have health and accident insurance valid in Switzerland. EU members will be covered by their respective states, and we offer health and accident insurance for all non-EU participants.

Where you will be staying

Students stay in the Culinary Arts Academy buildings in Le Bouveret. It is ideally located on the banks of Lake Geneva, close to restaurants, cafes, and a wide range of water activities, The new accommodation option gives students the chance to experience life at CAA firsthand.

Meals

To achieve your goals, you need to look after yourself physically and mentally and a healthy diet is a key part of this. Our chefs produce varied menus on a daily basis, to make sure our students have all they need to enjoy the day. In addition, our chefs cater to all dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.) as well as any allergies. Please make your needs clear during our application process.

Our Swiss Culinary students are based in Le Bouveret and have the choice between double and single standard. Each room has its own bathroom and is cleaned by onsite personnel once a week during the stay.
