Swiss Culinary Camp
Swiss Culinary Camp is our summer program aimed at young adults. Our dynamic culinary course provides a fantastic first hand look at the world inside a professional kitchen. Students learn the fundamentals of cooking, as well as gaining a rounded knowledge of the world of culinary arts. A summer spent with us will help prepare you for a brilliant future.
Our culinary course provides students a full day of classes. Then its back to camp for a relaxed evening by the lake. What’s not to like?
Choose your activity program
Courses for the Swiss Culinary Camp take place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, in the morning and in the afternoon. Wednesday is dedicated to an excursion around the region. The fact that our courses explore different types of culinary traditions every week opens our program to students for a training of 1 to 4 weeks.
